Tampa, Florida – HCA Healthcare West Florida is now offering Bamlanivimab antibody infusions at three hospital sponsored clinics to non-hospitalized patients who have tested positive for COVID-19. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) granted Emergency Authorized Use of Bamlanivimab on November 21, 2020 for the treatment of COVID-19 patients experiencing mild to moderate symptoms who are considered high risk for progressing to severe COVID-19. All three clinics below treat adults, and Brandon Regional Hospital also provides the therapy to qualifying children, ages 12 and older.
